She is an original collaborator on the solution and has collated her work into Thinking Tactics. Jean holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from MIT and another in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon. Her biggest corporate clients have included BB&T, Microsoft, Amazon.com, and Canadian Bank Note Company.
