Sam is a JD/MBA with over 10 years experience in new venture development and growth. He is the Founder/Owner of four internet based companies, and a passionate entrepreneur. Sam most recently served as Vice President of Marmaris Group, the world's first roof leasing company, and has provided consulting services to a variety of startups across the country.

Atkinson is Co-founder and Chief Strategist at Southern Growth Studio. Atkinson leads Southern Growth Studio’s insight-generating process for clients and oversees the analyst team to build break through growth strategies.
Atkinson has broad experience across a wide range of industries, advising senior executives on strategic issues in both domestic and international markets for over a decade.

Prior to her involvement in Humane Healing, Ms. Robinson was responsible for development and management of key national accounts for Dermagenics Inc., and is also a partner this medical equipment company. She has served as an executive Vice President for a national home health company, and has extensive sales and management experience in healthcare and consumer sales. She is a cum laude graduate of Mississippi State University.

Mikel has worked most recently in marketing and sales development for Dermagenics in the Midwest. He was also founder of a medical equipment company based in Texas, overseeing an annual budget of $4 million. Mr. Hayes has extensive experience and expertise in management, marketing, and strategic business development.

Joey's primary areas of practice include public and private securities offerings, including SEC registered offerings; securities regulation; mergers and acquisitions; venture capital and private equity transactions; and corporate formations. Joey is a graduate of the Leadership Academy Masters Program, and a graduate of the Memphis Bar Association Leadership Forum. Joey received a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi.

Graber is Managing Partner and Executive Concept Director of Southern Growth Studio and has more than fifteen years of experience leading marketing and innovation efforts. He previously founded Johnson|Graber, a successful interactive marketing firm that was acquired by the Memphis firm, Lokion, in 2004. Michael also served as the Director of Marketing at FNC, Inc.

With over 14 years of experience in public accounting, Lloyd focuses on large closely-held businesses owned by families and private equity firms with operations in multiple states and countries. His clients operate in the manufacturing, long-term care, financial services, transportation and distribution, and retail industries.
