Jeff is the author of the P2 (Peak Performance) methodology and founder of Human Elements, Inc. He brings over 20 years of experience in high-stress environments and has developed leading human performance methodology. Jeff has designed human performance training programs for more than 2,000 U.S. Government and Military personnel deploying to high-risk environments around the world. He has served in key positions building strategic growth.

Joseph brings over 13 years of deal transaction experience in corporate finance, project finance, leveraged buy-outs and tax driven transactions. Successful international and domestic track record in investment and valuation analysis, operations management, risk appraisal, market assessment, profitability analysis, finance and risk mitigation and deal closing.

John is a lifelong entrepreneur and one of the first Americans to establish businesses in Russia and Eastern Europe at the end of the Cold War. As CEO of the Defense Enterprise Fund he invested in 11 ventures that created over 3000 new jobs for former Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Weapons Scientists in the telecoms, biotech, IT, and pharmaceutics industries. He holds a BA from Vanderbilt, an MPA from Harvard, and an AMP from Oxford.
