    John is the former CTO of CapitalOne. He has deep experience in all things technological as he presided over the explosive growth of Capital One from 500 to 17,000 employees and 400,000 to 40 Mil customers. He was responsible for all of the hardware and software that enabled that growth.

    Todd has considerable experience in the start up world. He has been involved in the formation and launching of a number of companies and started the Keiretsu Forum in Seattle to better enable the development of new companies. He knows how to scale a company and brings that skill to HP2.
