is a highly qualified IT professional. He has set up and worked in start-ups in the UK and Poland. With two degrees in IT and one in business Michal’s approach to software development is both technical and economical. He gained either working in university spinouts or developing software for startups and brings this hands-on practical experience of working to tight deadlines with small teams and limited resources in a start-up environment.

Richard, a chartered accountant, completed his training with Deloitte, where he specialised in Corporate Finance. He has since taken senior managerial roles with Vodafone Ireland (Commercial Controller) and 20:20 Mobile Ireland (Head of Finance and Commercial Director). In 2009, he set up W&A Professional Services, an innovative chartered accountancy and business advisory firm.
