Founded in 2010 by Jason Bordainick and Andrew Cavaluzzi, we've completed 23 transactions which includes 46 properties (6,400+ units) of affordable and workforce housing (senior, family and mixed-resident) nationwide with $1B+ in project costs. We secured and deployed ~$232.5M of private equity and $106M of tax credit equity for their acquisition and rehabilitation. HVPF closed in 2019 with $60M and HVPF II launched in Sept. with ~$67M.
