House Party Fitness LLC was created by Brooke Blair in June of 2012. HPF is a cardio hip-hop program & company that puts the fitness back into dance fitness. Currently HPF certifies other instructors and now has programs running in NJ, PA, CT, NC, SC, and TN. HPF helps clients reach their fitness goals through fun cardio dance classes, to motivating music. It is important because it uses identifiable music from hip-hop to even disco.
