House Inc is a human behavior modifier, offering a web-based service that combines small personal corporations with "gameification" based psychological reinforcement techniques to generate consumer engagement with renewable energy and home infrastructure development. By causing customers to self-educate, House Inc hopes to fundamentally change the nature of the residential infrastructure and home energy markets.

    Tristan Morris is a first-year graduate student in Dartmouth’s MEM program. The creator of House Inc, he was inspired by the flaws he saw in renewable energy development to find a better way, and to ensure that cost-cutting technology could get to the impoverished and those who most needed it. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from Cornell, Tristan provides strong, focused, technically able leadership for the team.

    Natasha Mohan is a first-year MEM student at Dartmouth, who joined House Inc during its founding in 2011. Drawn to the team out of a passion for renewable energy development, her experience in the energy industry and analytic skills have made her vital to managing prototype, technical, and market research data. With a family history close to the oil industry, Natasha is breaking from her roots to move into green, sustainable development.
