Giles began his career in product & brand marketing in consumer goods. He then attended the masters film program at the University of Southern California has gone on to become an accomplished writer/producer. In 2010, Giles won a student Emmy for Best Comedy. Thereafter he founded Honora where he has written & produced critically acclaimed Sundance, Tribeca, SxSW, TIFF and BAFTA fare. Giles also sits on the board of The Barnsdall Art Foundation

Elliott received his BS in Business Administration from Chapman University while working at Paramount Pictures Worldwide Marketing Partnerships. Between 2011 and 2013, he worked at Relativity Media in Business Affairs, managing the legal of pictures. He helped to launch SnowVentures SnowGlobe music festival which has more than 20,000 attendees per day. Elliott joined HONORA in 2014 and produced DEAN, featuring Kevin Kline.

Former CEO of Molton Brown, he led the company to acquisition by Kao Corporation of Japan for $250m. For the next five years he volunteered as Executive Director and Chairman of Fundraising at Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital Charity. During his tenure the hospital raised over $400m. He has advised on and participated in numerous acquisitions for private equity firms and is currently CEO of Erno Laszlo Inc based in New York.
