Prior to joining HoneyTracks Tom was a Director at SAP reporting directly to a member of the board. He was responsible for SAP's Software-as-a-Service solution for SMEs. Prior to this he worked in sales & consulting at SAP. Before joining SAP he worked in an Internet start-up. He hold a Master in Computer Science and an Executive MBA from the University of Mannheim/ESSEC.

Sebastian is a veteran in the games industry. In 2002 he developed on of the very first browser-games. He then worked at industry leaders Gamigo (now an Axel Springer company) and Gameforge and was responsible for developing their payment platforms. Prior to HoneyTracks he was Head of Development at Mediatainment, where he was in charge of developing a number of browser-games / web-game such as Fussballcup and 1001.

Mark is a serial entrepreneur in the games industry and founded several venture-capital backed companies. Prior to HoneyTracks he founded GameGenetics (online game distribution) and MegaZebra (social games). Earlier in his career he was a partner at Atlas Venture, an international VC-firm with $2bn in committed capital, and also worked at Bain & Company and Goldman Sachs. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
