Company Summary
We hope to create lasting change in the St. Louis community through our sustainable and naturally sweetened chocolate. We process our chocolate starting from the cacao bean all of the way to the chocolate bar using raw honey as our sole-sweetener. In the future, we will source coffee and cacao, combined with our in-house raw honey, to redefine how consumers drink their coffee and eat craft chocolate.

Co-OwnerCameron Loyet, a Business major with a concentration in Marketing will graduate from Illinois Wesleyan University in December of 2017. Through various coursework Cameron has completed four full-scale marketing plans for various businesses in the Midwest. He has had the pleasure of applying his coursework and knowledge to the creation of Honey Moon Chocolates.

Co-OwnerHaley Lower, a Biology major graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in May of 2017 and will be attending St. Louis University Medical School in the Fall of 2017. Haley has utilized her knowledge of organic chemistry to help develop the methods used to produce chocolate and sweeten it with honey. Her coursework in food biochemistry and the development of local food sources has fostered Haley's passion to create local, sustainable food options
