Ryan started with HCA three years ago as the founding Country Director for HCA South Sudan and managed to build up successful operations in the country. He moved over to Kenya to take up the new position in mid-2015. Ryan started his career in investment banking in Australia and since then worked on establishing two large scale agribusiness in West Africa, as well as consulting on a number of other public and private projects across East Africa.

Hesbon is an experienced accounting and finance professional pursuing a master’s degree in strategic management. Started his career in a multicountry market research firm before moving to Ipsos Ltd that has presence in 84 countries where he was heading the Uganda finance operations as CFO before joining Honey care Africa Ltd in March 2016.

Career in FMCG sales and sales management in East Africa, with emphasis on traditional trade. Direct experience managing large sales organizations including merchandisers and "foot soldiers" in BoP high-density population centers with BIDCO and Promasidor.

Food science and technology background, with experience managing production and quality control in tea, coffee, fruit juices, dairy and nuts with some of East Africa's largest companies. Significant experience introducing new products to market.

Successful career in international supply chain management with a specialization in difficult operations areas including rural regions of Liberia, South Sudan, Somalia, and Kenya.

Founded and successfully exited two consumer financial services businesses in US. Joined Honey Care to lead evolution to profitable consumer goods business based on sustainable honey supply chain across East Africa in 2012.
