Homzdirect offers a more efficient and cost effective way to buy and sell real estate. From search thru closing, we carry the buyer and seller through the entire process using their mobile device. We blow up the old "broker centered" model and allow for a peer-to-peer transaction. Our model is based on a 1% fee per 300k transaction with 1k in costs. We are targeting the fastest growing group of potential users, millennials.
