Homi, short for Humans of my Institution, is a college-specific social network that streamlines the on-campus recruiting process. Employers can only afford to send recruiters to a handful of colleges, but Homi gives them access to top candidates from traditionally non-target schools. Students and alumni use Homi to leverage college networks to find mentorship and career opportunities that would not otherwise be available at their institutions.
