Formerly with Hormel Foods Corporation, he has dedicated his career to bringing new food ideas to the consuming public. An experienced food industry innovator and entrepreneur, Mr. Kolar serves as an advisor to a number of fast-growing, Oregon-based food companies.

Kim Pohlman, a veteran of Johnson & Johnson and other health-oriented consumer branded companies, serves as Director of Health and Nutrition for the Company. Ms. Pohlman was instrumental in the worldwide launch of SPLENDA® brand sweetener, and is considered an expert in health, nutrition and wellness as it relates to consumer food products.
