    Tom Manley, owner and President, grew up on the family dairy farm, obtained a BSC in Computer Science at the Collège Militaire Royal in St-Jean, Québec. He served as the telecommunications officer at the Canadian Forces Base Montreal, lottery network engineer at Loto-Québec, and network sales engineer at Bell Canada. In 1995, he moved to marketing and was the project leader for the development and launch of the Bell Sympatico Internet Service.
