Joe is the managing partner of Think it First and has helped grow the design and technology agency into one of the best in the Philadelphia region.

Lashinger served 7 terms in the PA House of Representatives. His career since public service includes lobbying and executive roles at various gaming companies; helping grow Penn National to be the third-largest gaming company in the US. Later, he embarked on a career as the head of his own gaming development company. The most notable project is presently known as Harrah’s Philly, which he later sold his interest in the $435m project to Harrah’s.
