Mrs. Harper is the Product Manager for HCSS and holds P & L accountability for both product lines, managing all aspects of product development, sales, marketing, and partner relations for post-acute care and health care billing solutions (applications and hosted services). Michelle has 9+ years of operations, sales, and marketing management experience in the healthcare space.

Mrs. Barile retains a 90% ownership share in HCSS. Jana serves as the company President providing oversight and leadership for the day to day operations of HCSS. Jana directs the company’s strategic and policy-setting initiatives, communicating them to the management team, and monitors key performance indicators and progress towards defined goals.

Mr. Baez retains a 10% ownership share in HCSS. With 8+ years of IT experience, Logan serves as IT Manager and oversees the client services division (CareSupport).
Logan was a key contributor to the original company and Jana retained Logan as IT Manager, providing stability as Jana worked to reorganize systems to better position HCSS in the market place.
