Holly’s Wholesome is a family based US company dedicated to developing sustainable sources of food supply that is safe, organic, and healthy. Utilizing the latest in Aquaculture technology, the company will produce Large Mouth Bass for the Japanese market as a niche strategy. We will subsequently begin producing Hybrid Strip Bass and Tilapia for the US market as we expand. We also produce Bibb lettuce as a result of the fish byproduct.
