Obstacle course racing (OCR) has quickly gone from extreme to mainstream. In 2013, Utah will host at least six events with over 40,000 participants in nearly all demographics and fitness levels. We make OCR training, general fitness, and team building a unique, fun, and safe experience for all participants by developing functional strength, core conditioning, and mental and physical endurance unlike any other other gym or health fitness facility.
