Holidaily Brewing Company was founded by Karen Hertz, who overcame melanoma and thyroid cancers in her early thirties. Her treatment required a gluten-free diet. Holidaily Brewing Company was born out of the need to provide a reliable, delicious gluten-free craft beer for those diagnosed with celiac disease, those sensitive to gluten, or anyone looking to reduce or eliminate gluten from their diet.
