Free WiFi on the Highway: HiWAVE Technologies will be a wireless internet/traffic data provider. HiWAVE Technologies will install a proprietary WiFi system along state highways and freeways that offers wireless internet access while collecting traffic speed data. There is currently no free means to internet access for the everyday traveler, HiWAVE Technologies solves this problem. The government also benefits from the data collection services.
