Dr. Hitt Nichols has a PhD in Nutrition and Health Sciences (molecular biol), Emory University, an MS in Technical Communication, and a BS in Biology. She founded Hitt Medical Writing right after grad school in 2000 and founded the HittList weekly email listing jobs for medical writers in 2003. In 2011, Dr. Hitt Nichols brought on subcontractors and started the popular 6-week course on Freelance Medical Writing Business.

Cecelia Wall attended Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA, where she received a BS in Biology and completed three years of research experience in a microbiology laboratory. Cecelia then participated in post-graduate research in fungal genetics at Duke University. Cecelia began working with Hitt Medical Writing, LLC in 2010 as a subcontracted freelance medical writer and has been operations manager since 2013.

Ginny received her B.A. in Biology from Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, GA. Ginny is graduating in 2015 with her PhD from the Microbiology and Molecular Genetics Graduate Program at Emory. Ginny has worked as a writing subcontractor for HMW since early 2014. She will join HMW as the VP of business development in March 2015.

Angela Kuehl earned Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Science (epidemiology) degrees at the University of Iowa. She then worked for 13 years as a clinical researcher at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. She has held managerial positions in medical education and has worked for HMW since 2012.
