After winning the New York State Business Plan Competition, Richichi was named a 40 under 40 recipient and “Technology Executive of the Year” as a teenager in Central New York before relocating to Charleston.

Richichi is a battle-tested entrepreneur with over 25 year of experience in rapid growth and complex operations. Richichi led a team of over 500 people to grow a wholesale distribution business to over $1.2 billion in annual revenue.

Prior to his role as CMO, Chad served as the head of marketing for several SaaS products servicing the insurance, higher education, and restaurant industries. His background includes 12 years of marketing leadership experience in the tech sector, and two major exits in the acquisition of companies Astonish by Serent Capital and Upserve by Vista Equity Partners.

Gil’s experience includes SaaS Operations leadership positions in several key, client-facing roles. As the Onboaridng Lead at a b2b accounting software company designed for franchisees, he led a team to successfully onboard and retain customers spanning from Firehouse Subs to Orange Theory. His background includes 8 years in the Customer Service industry.
