Company Summary

Through this portal any employer would be able to design his questionnaire, as per his requirements, and broadcast this questionnaire to candidates all over the country/world. Candidates can have access to this questionnaire either by calling a particular number or by clicking a particular web link. The voice responses would go to employer’s inbox, hence eliminating the need to interview candidates one to one.

He has experience in setting up operations right from scratch, practicing frugality without compromising on the performance. He is a graduate from NIT Calicut (2003 batch) in ECE. He did his Executive MBA from XIME, B'lore in Finance and HR.

    Gaurav comes with a wealth (8+ years) of technical expertise after having worked for companies like Infosys, CSC and HCL. He has worked on some world famous products like Vantage and WMA. Since we have outsourced the development of this project, Gaurav is closely monitoring the development aspects. Once the product is ready, he would focus on feature innovations to keep the product ahead of competition.
