Marcello has a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Cantabria, Spain. He has 10 years experience in international projects management and consultancy. He is the co-founder of Miler, an Australian intercity carpooling startup launched in early 2015.

Ben is a serial entrepreneur, small business specialist, startup advisor. He has started eight businesses in the past twenty years including an international franchise business in Spain, a holiday resort in Byron Bay, and an award winning cafe in Newcastle. He is a shareholder and advisor to two local startups: SchoolStream, a tech startup focusing on school communication technology and Miler, a carpooling app connecting drivers and passengers.

Adam started his own construction business at the age of 19, began investing in real estate at the age of 20 and has since started and run several small businesses including a labour hire business, a commercial flooring company and most recently a building consultancy business. Adam is responsible for product UX design, testing and customer feedback and he contributes to lead generation and sales.

MBA in IT and Marketing. Manjeet is an expert in sourcing and managing great teams of programmers. He has been key in improving functionality, updating design and navigation as well as testing, identifying and coming up with solutions to issues as they arise. Manjeet has 6+ years of experience in requirements analysis, consulting, business development, documentation and project management for the internet.
