Prior to founding Hireology, Adam was the co-founder and CEO of illuma, a provider of high-volume recruitment outsourcing programs to mid-market companies. From 2000-2004 Adam was Sr. Director, Professional Services at Chicago-based Click Commerce, managing a $20M service portfolio for this NASDAQ-traded enterprise software provider. Adam has a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and received his MBA from DePaul University.

Margot directs the development of Hireology's products. As a self-proclaimed "selection junkie," she's developed a deep understanding the psychology of success and a passion to pioneer a shift in the way businesses approach the hiring process. Margot has spoken to national conferences on the topic of behavioral interviewing and job analysis, and is a sought-after resource for her expertise in hiring system design.

Michael is a serial entrepreneur who has over 10 years of experience conceptualizing and growing businesses. Some of the companies that he co-founded include UrbanBound, Hireology, Homescout Realty, Humatal, and Versity.com. Prior to these ventures, Michael was a financial analyst for Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a BBA. Currently, Michael serves on the board of Entrepreneurs' Organization.
