I grew up in PEI with a French Acadian Grandmother who's Pantry would make a persons mouth water. The concept of growing your own vegtable's, picking your fruit and turning it into something 10 time better than anything you can find on a store shelf, has always appealed to me for many reasons. My passion for the root cellar way of life combined with my Technical and Business expertise, have led me to develop this Business plan.

Leo was Born on Cape Brenton Island and has been an equal partner in the believe of this Business Concept from the beginning. Leo's skill set compliments the setup, operation and future development of this business. Leo has had the opportunity to gain several trade related certifications and was trained extensively by the Military in Man Management and logistics.
