    I have an educational background in psychology and finance. I have worked as a senior financial advisor for a global financial firm since 2005. Prior to that, I was a retirement specialist at a global financial firm. I have spent my career marketing to acquire new clients. I have three specialists designations in the investment field and numerous NASD licenses.

    I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Management with an emphasis on Leadership. My educational background is focused on both the scholar and practitioner points of view. My research interests are in the area of leadership theory as well as team decision-making and the impact of leader self-confidence in a virtual leadership setting.
