Mr. Treves has over 16 years of experience in business and product development. He co-founded of Xalyo, an engineering company that developed telecom devices and managing partner for Narni Green Energy, a company that is developing renewable energy project in Italy and Puerto Rico. He held managerial roles at Cisco and Texas Instruments. Mr Treves earned a master’s in engineering management from Santa Clara University.

Mr. Starkey has over 30 years of experience with multi-national technology companies as operational executive. In the last 10 years he was involved in setting up manufacturing for several solar companies, including MiaSole,
Atlumin Energy, NanoGram and JDSUniphase . Experienced in driving continuous improvement, develop teams and organizational capabilities with demonstrated strength in organizational development and leadership.

Dr. Pesala is a Senior Scientist with Council of Scientific and Industrial Research and Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute in Chennai, India. He has a doctoral degree from Berkeley and over 63 publications in the area of solar energy, smart electronics, laser, integrated optics, lighting systems and imaging.
