High Octane Distilling Company proposes to produce handcrafted whiskey using novel methods of production and turn the whiskey industry on its head. We propose to do this by producing a truly unique product in a fraction of the time it takes most other whiskey distilleries, through the application of sound scientific principles. What takes most producers at least two years or even decades, we propose to do in less than six months.
