The Heru Technologies is a result of ZK SOFTWARE HOUSE LTD, startup created by me and another 5 members, to win the INNOVATION SINAPSE (2014). With R $ 50k and 24K consultancies, the Startup forward, the cryptographer has become a reality and has been drawing world attention. The tool was online for three months (March to June / 2015) and has been tested / accessed by 6,4k users from 104 countries. I was invited by the Israeli Consulate to know the ecosystem of Tel Aviv and elsewhere and present my algorithms there. I spent 15 days in and around the project progressed much. The algorithm submitted to an international forum Encryption I was invited to present it in the ABIN (Ag. Brazilian Intelligence) and the Director of development there told me he had never seen anything like it and it works in the area since 1984. I advised lead the matter to the high rank of the Presidency and try to put it as a Brazilian Standard Encryption. Brazil does not have a standard and adopts international custom algorithms and point solutions developed by ABIN. Trading continues to advance and even made other presentations at SERPRO and ANATEL.

At the same time I have received partnership invitations from several countries (Portugal, Bulgaria, Israel, Czech Republic, Malta and others), the most concrete proposal came from Portugal by INESC TEC (30 years in the market) and the University of Porto with a century history. They want to assist me in the business model for insertion in the world market. The initial idea is to work with technology licensing and cash in royalties. We have meetings with the team of Portugal by Skype and in person with branch Brazil - INESC P & D BR. It is an organization that involves major universities and large companies in the world.

The purpose of this submission is to afford to go to Portugal and enter a dipping process with staff INESC TEC and the University of Porto. To this end, it is necessary an investment of 110k Euros, fully justified and that conditions will remain there for a year, even though I hope to make it marketable and launches it on the market in less than 6 months. The important thing is to have a well structured business plan without underestimating the size of the market, as it will be an encryption tool for mobile technologies, cloud computing and applicability for laptop, desktop and servers. It is too broad and needs to be well studied by specialists in various areas. My field of expertise is the Computational Mathematics and my market vision is minimal.
