This is a start up project. In a recent survey of the residents of Iwade it should beyond doubt that everyone thought the area had grown at a massive rate but the facilities being provided hadn't. One of the key aspects that shown out to me was the amount of people that wanted to have a local takeaway facility close to them, the nearest one being over 15 minutes drive and they do offer a home delivery service which takes 1 hour and turns upcold
