Company Summary

Problem: Employees need to meet and exceed targets in line with company strategies by being kept motivated, receiving immediate recognition and feedback from peers and management, overcome challenges, feel part of the team. Solution: cloud-based gamified sales campaigns (Pirate Treasure, Space Race, Lost in Time - we have 12 themed campaigns) which engage participants and teams in a game-like challenge to beat targets. Company owner for last 14 years in a highly successful B2B services company in Sao Paulo, Brazil, managing 60 salespeople. The sales campaign platform is the result of merging my two areas of knowledge.
