Company Summary

We provide survivors with vocational training in sewing, embroidery, and crafts to bring new life to discarded items. Survivors are taught entrepreneurial skills to move towards financial independence. A tracking system called htE Dove allows donors and conscience shoppers to track their donations and purchases to learn more about the survivors and establish a lasting relationship.

    Tanya is concentrating in Design and Human Rights with an emphasis on self-identities and branding at NYU, Gallatin. She was the co-founder of Students for a Free Tibet in high school and worked with many non-profits including Invisible Children and Make-A-Wish. She began volunteering March of 2012 at the NY Asian Women’s Shelter, first with the Residential Children’s Program and then with the marketing and design teams.

    Andrew is pursuing a concentration in Surreal Production; to combine the dream reality with everyday Reality to create one Surreality, at Gallatin. Andrew has been working as an assistant producer and operations assistant for a dynamic variety theater nightlife venue The Box NYC, assisting in administrative and management tasks, while mastering the planning required to produce an intricate production in an industry of high uncertainty and chaos.
