Marilyn Austin serves as Chief Executive and Marketing Officer while overseeing finances and technological development. She has bachelors degree in Economics and Business Management and has since worked in finance at TD Ameritrade and Bank of America. Marilyn was ranked top 10 in a national sales competition and she has many relationships with social media influencers and agencies which she will leverage to market Hempress.

Halli serves as President and Chief Legal and Operations Officer, while overseeing the Board of Directors. Halli started her first business Athlego in 2019 and has a MBA in business administration and entrepreneurship. She was a D1 All-American athlete in gymnastics and has connections to every athletic commissioner in the PAC-12. She will be attending law school in Fall 2022 to receive a Juris Doctorate with a concentration in business.

McKenna serves as Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer, while overseeing the product development and R&D. She has her BA in Sustainability and works at SDSU's Office of Sustainability and has many connections in San Diego's environmental community as she has worked on sustainability initiatives and women's issues for multiple cities, businesses, and universities in San Diego and other Southern California locations.
