Our solution matches digital seekers to real providers. We have created and proven our process for generating real estate clients online starting from their home buying journey. Our software instantly matches these clients to hand-selected, high producing agents in our network. Our process benefits the impatient consumer by eliminating search time (they can be speaking to a top agent within 2 minutes) and decreasing effort to hire a qualified agent. We serve the agents by removing all upfront costs and providing qualified, ideal clients to pursue. For our predictable client needs we assist them by providing references to professional products and service providers. We monetize all these references and use technology to connect and stay in front of them.

There is an ongoing pool of new clients and experienced agents and by creating the connection between the two; we have tapped into the Referral Fee Industry with a scalable system. Even better, this expanding market is not yet fully matured or locked down by a dominant competitor.

Additionally, our leadership helms a business that has generated millions of dollars in a competitive service industry and has the skill, personality and focus to execute this plan.

Current State:
We have successfully proven this concept in the DFW area and built the technical infrastructure to expand nationwide. Our management team is confident, after a detailed market and competition study, of obtaining a strong market share using our current team and skill sets. With the correct investment, we can expand to reach 150 cities in next 12 to 18 months.

Funding Need:
Total funding needed is $3 Million. In Round One, we are looking for $1 Million divided evenly between 2 funding stages. The second $500,000 follows the initial investment, only after we have achieved our agreed upon milestone. After a $1 Million investment, we will have a strong enough track record to attract VCs to consider further investment.

His diverse career path in Information Technology and Development is supported by a relentless drive for learning newer technologies and their role in augmenting industrial and business processes.
