The basis of our foundation is to offer assistance to youth and adults to build a solid foundation, teaching them how to maintain financially, how to interact with others to have a productive outcome, and how to make the best decisions for any given situation they are faced with to have the most favorable outcome. Through this foundation we offer transitional housing and youth services.

    Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the organization by working with the board of directors and the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

  • President

    Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the organization by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

  • Chief Operations Officer

    Provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the organization has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

  • Chief Financial Officer

    Responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the organization in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry.

  • Chief Information Officer

    Directs, plans, organizes and controls all activities of the MIS Department and ensures the effective, efficient and secure operation of all automated data processing systems.

  • Chief Executive Administrator

    Performs high-level administrative support to the CEO, serves as secretary to the board of directors, schedules and coordinates calendar and appointments, arranges conference calls, communicates and handles incoming and outgoing electronic communications and performs special projects as needed by the CEO.

  • Chief Security Officer

    Directs and coordinates activities relating to the protection, safeguarding and security of organization assets, employees, invitees and others; designs, implements and monitors security policies, procedures and programs; and exercises independent judgment in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities and other activities as assigned.

  • Youth Counselor

    Guides and supports young people in their personal, social and educational development to help them reach their full potential in society. Assess the needs of young people, and plan and deliver programs related to such areas as health, fitness, smoking, drugs, gangs, violence, relationships and bullying.

  • Youth Counselor/Tutor

    Assists students in targeted subject areas via individual or group tutoring, host workshops on selected topics, model and encourage collaborative study strategies, create and manage resources and contribute to a friendly and productive learning environment.

  • Event Coordinator

    Solicits sponsors, creates and coordinates drafting/distribution of promotional material, sells tickets, manages event staff and volunteers, and covers the logistics of the event. Updates guest registration, seating information and related data entry, acts as a liaison between the organization, vendors and donors. Maintains budget for all events.
