    Richard is the founder and CEO of HEENEDUTY and has been a licensed general contractor for over 20 year and has previously owned a post-production.

    He designs and develops all of HEENEDUTY ’s inventions, and is the pitchman for his products.

    He is a published author and scientist. In July, 2008, Richard was published in the National Weather Digest for his research “Electromagnetic Fields Recorded in Mesocyclones.”

    Esq., In-House Counsel

    Mr. Rausher has been a Sole Practitioner since 1995, and is HEENEDUTY’s in-House Counsel was born in New York and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, where he put himself through college working as an auto mechanic and salesman.

    After graduating from Albany State in 1980, he established Drive Automotive Services, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY, an automotive repair, which he operated until 1988. He is now a California attorney

  • Earl Gordon
    B. Sc.

    Earl Gordon, B. Sc., has always been an innovator and entrepreneur since graduating from college. He formed American Environmental Recycling and Destruction Co. in 1981, which became one of the first companies in Los Angeles to recycle secondary waste.

    He introduced cogeneration to Los Angeles, in which trash is incinerated, converting heat to steam to drive giant turbines.

    He partnered with Guitar Center to design the first online guitar.
