We developed and patented the next generation of real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) technology. HF-PCR performs qPCR analysis by detecting thermal changes in DNA samples during amplification and comparing these changes to a reference sample. Our simpler, less expensive method of DNA analysis will make POC qPCR practical for the first time and reduce qPCR costs overall. Both independent and in-house testing confirm our technology works.
