As an attorney, Nathan focused on emerging growth and M&A for one of Denver’s largest law firms. He’s spent the last decade as a private equity operating partner leading companies with between $10 and $100 million in annual revenues. Nathan has his JD from Harvard and MBA from MIT Sloan. A Cat. 3 competitive cyclist, a marathoner, and Leadville 100 finisher, Nathan lives with his wife and two daughters in Denver, CO.

Jonathan brings more than a decade of experience working in telehealth and telemedicine. As Co-founder/COO of Tx Xchange (now Telespine), Jonathan developed telehealth software used by 100+ practices and ~100,000 patients. A study (n=1,743) with United Healthcare proved the clinical & cost efficacy of a digital health program he co-developed. A former professional tennis player, Jonathan has three daughters and lives just outside of Boulder, CO.
