Brings over 12 years of biotech, animal health, early stage technology commercialization, venture capital and business development experience. Previously, Louis was as the founding-employee of OtoSim Inc., a medical simulation company spun-out from a collaboration between MaRS Innovations and SickKids Hospital in Toronto. He received his Masters of Biomedical Technology at the University of Calgary & BSc at the University of Western Ontario.

Richard is a serial entrepreneur with an extensive background in biotech, molecular diagnostics, product development, and has a successful history in developing high-tech startups by implementing innovative sales & marketing solutions. Richard has led and worked with technology companies and venture capital groups to accelerate go-to market strategies to ultimately minimize investment risk while increasing returns on technology portfolios.

A senior global R&D executive with over 35 years of animal health product development, commercialization, and regulatory experience. He has a strong track record for delivering value through successful commercialization of animal health products from late-stage discovery, manufacturing, clinical trial/experimental design thru to successful regulatory approvals.
