  • Sean Schantzen
    Cofounder and COO

    Sean's experience is as an early employee at a successfully exited software startup and in securities law. He represented boards of directors and corporations in complex securities litigation and was a trial team member in a $30 billion securities lawsuit. Sean also developed and managed marketing programs, field/channel sales strategies, and products software startups. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota law school

  • Cofounder and CEO

    Prior to founding Healthfundr, Jared practiced securities law at a top law firm where he represented companies in billion dollar plus capital raises and assisted them with ongoing SEC compliance. Before law school, Jared worked at a startup pharmaceutical company, and later at a clinical research organization, monitoring clinical studies for major pharma companies. He received his B.A. from BYU and law degree from the University of Minnesota.

  • Corey Davis
    Director of Investor Community

    Prior to Healthfundr, Corey worked as financial consultant in PwC's consulting group valuing distressed assets for banks and funds in New York and Washington DC, and running company FP&A during restructuring. Corey managed multi-million dollar acquisition and development projects for a national firm and invested in VC/PE opportunities at a student-run fund, Cougar Capital. Corey holds a B.S. and MBA from BYU's Marriott School of Management.
