He is also the CEO of Resilience Labs, providing technology and organizational transformation services to clients across the Federal health care space.

    Thai brings deep product management and UXD experience to realize the HealthFlow patient-centric vision. Drawing upon his experience leading Digital Product Management and native app development at Capital One and Marriot, Thai incorporates real-world best practices from other heavily regulated verticals into our product design and development. Ensuring our patients and providers have a user experience that delights and inspires.

    Nicole is a Product design leader with over fifteen years operations and management experience, growing and developing Product Design teams, managing large cross-disciplinary delivery teams, and leading development of digital strategies and customer experiences that matter. Her focus on making sense of complexity across the customer journey ensures that the team is aligned to user needs, and services are orchestrated to delight users.
