John McIntyre, Ph.D. is President and CEO of HealthCure. John has over 35 years of experience in high technology companies and has led companies from the R&D stage to successful commercial ventures with product sales in domestic and international markets. He has led the merger/ acquisition of several technology companies, and has raised over $100 MM for early stage companies through the utilization of novel funding strategies.

Dr. Burt Prater is Chief Science Officer of HealthCure. He also serves as Medical Director of AP Goldshield. Dr. Prater has over 30 years experience in the infection control industry. He founded and served as the CEO of a company that provided health monitoring programs and infection control for workers in hazardous work environments. He sold the company in 1998. He then started a private consulting group focusing on infection control.

Carlton L. Guthrie is Chairman of HealthCure. Carlton is also Co-Chairman of SPECTRA LLC, which has a majority interest in several automotive businesses. Prior, Carlton served as President and CEO of Trumark, Inc, occupying these positions from its acquisition through a leveraged buyout until its sale in 2001. He also held positions at Philadelphia National Bank, Procter & Gamble, Jewel Cos., McKinsey, and J.H. Lowry & Assoc.

Mark Arizmendi is Managing Director of HealthCure. Mark is also President and CEO of Northwestern Capital Partners, providing investment banking, operations management, and strategic advisory work for middle-market firms and innovative start-ups. Prior, Mark developed over 1.5 million square feet as a Project Manager for D.H. Murdock Development. Mark founded and served as CEO of a real estate development firm. He sold the company in 1998.

Michael Guthrie is a Partner at HealthCure. He is also Co-Chairman and President and CEO of SPECTRA LLC, holding majority ownership of several automotive companies. Michael practiced corporate litigation at Sonnenschein, Carlin, Nath & Rosenthal. He worked at Johnson Products Company as Senior Attorney and Vice-President of Corporate Planning. In 1985, Michael joined with brother Carlton to acquire Trumark Inc, which they sold in 2001.
