Oliver’s business career started as a Financial Services Underwriter at Lloyd's of London before co-founding Arthur Conway Gold, a physical gold investment company. Oliver holds a degree in law and was a British Army Captain completing operational tours of Afghanistan and Iraq.

Paul has over a decade of experience in finance, sales and trading. He was an options trader at Macquarie Bank in Sydney Australia. He then moved to New York to trade crude oil before founding Balmain Ltd, a commodity brokerage on the NYMEX.
