Headis is a new sport: header table tennis. Two players, one table and a ball that is headed back and forth. In 2012 René Wegner founded the Headis Trendsports UG in order to market Headis professionally. The potential of this idea is supported by the EU’s “Exist” program 2012 with a yearlong founder’s scholarship. The businessplan won at the 2013 edition of the 123go competition, which shows a well planed structure behind the business model.
