Company Summary

We currently make "Smart" Sunglasses with Bluetooth, HD Video and Music. Conceptual Goggles and Helmets are being formulated. Our Patent-Pending helmet system called the "Snap-On Color Shield System" gives the user an instant design or color change and the best protection. Our clients/markets include action sports, motorcycle, military, police, football, bicycle, skateboard, snowmobile, (and other contact sports) and many others.

    President/CEO and founder of Champion Manufacturing USA, Inc. from 1993 to 2006. Started ARCH, Inc. in 1997, as a side project. Sold the business to a local restaurant entrepreneur. Board Member and Executive V.P. of International Voice Exchange (IVX) from 1991 to 1993. Has over 30 years in the ski industry as a ski racer and rep. Current inventor of a patent-pending helmet system with HeadGear Technologies.

    Advanced accounting skills with an MBA in Accounting. Currently Assistant Controller with Sundance Institute. Previously with the Montage Hotel in Deer Valley, Utah. Also an Accounting Dept. Manager at Canon USA in Salt Lake City, Utah for 10 years. Developed the complete financial statements for HeadGear Technologies.
