We also provide major business development for our vendors- we don't just use their services, we help them expand their own business, independent and free of charge to whatever boost we send them in the form of nee customers. He does not "lead from the front"; Terrance will answer the phones alongside his agents and talk with customers and vendors alike. Nothing is below Terrance and for that reason, his team has the utmost respect for him and I am very confident of his abilities.

    April comes to us from a strong sales background. She was hired as a sales person in 2010 and quickly grew into a valuable asset of our company. She was recently promoted to Vendor Relations Representative. She is responsible for making sure that our vendors are happy, that we have the most up to date information on what their service offerings are and that their facilities are equipped to handle the high volume of customers that we send them.
