Keith is an excellent teacher constantly educates both sales and customer service reps in product knowledge. Because of his efforts our vendors get a customer that is well informed.

    Emily is constantly wearing a headset as she listens to both live calls and histrorical ones. She provides daily reports on individual and team performance and makes sure that the customer is getting a robust, pleasant, informational experience with our agents. Also, she makes sure that our agents are giving the customer all the information they will need to have the best experience possible. Mrs. McNeil is a highly detail oriented person.

    Terrance is the epitome of a stellar manager. He always gets the job done, even if he has to come in on his day off. He is always available at night or whenever his agents need him. He does not "lead from the front"; Terrance will answer the phones alongside his agents and talk with customers and vendors alike. Nothing is below Terrance and for that reason, his team has the utmost respect for him and I am very confident of his abilities.

    April comes to us from a strong sales background. She was hired as a sales person in 2010 and quickly grew into a valuable asset of our company. She was recently promoted to Vendor Relations Representative. She is responsible for making sure that our vendors are happy, that we have the most up to date information on what their service offerings are and that their facilities are equipped to handle the high volume of customers that we send them.
