Former “Physician of the Year” in Canada, a principal inventor for several medical devices and brain imaging patents, including an awarded patent for 3D real time brain imaging w/ EEG, experienced owner-operator of a small chain of medical clinics, co-inventor for an awarded patent for a pain testing device and company’s migraine patent and an experienced non-drug therapist for fibromyalgia.

He has over 10 years of experience in signal analysis & data science, as well as medical engineering & technology development. He trained under one of Canada's leading signal analysts, Professor Sri Krishnan, who heads the signal analysis lab (SAR lab) at Ryerson University (and who served as the Canada Research Chair in his area).

Experienced CFO & CPA. He trained at PwC and has over 30 years in financial leadership experience including senior roles in Pharma, and Biotech. His experience includes 9 years as head of finance at Sanofi Pasteur. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and previous board director of PharmEng Technology & Life Sciences Ontario.

Proven executive with a successful track record. Has succeeded with large & small companies including start-ups, turnarounds, and rapid growth companies. Formerly, he led the North American expansion for Bora Pharmaceuticals, as President, including the acquisition of the GlaxoSmithKline Mississauga facility. Currently, he serves on the board of PSG Canada and holds advisory board positions.

The founding CEO of the Ontario Telemedicine Network, a major network that he shepherded from its infancy to maturity. He is a former president of the American Telemedicine Society. He has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics which is of some relevance to machine learning. He has been highly decorated with awards.

Dr. Zah is a seasoned health economist. He is president of a health economics consulting firm that does studies to demonstrate the economic benefits of drugs and diagnostic tests. He has done over 200 projects. He offers expertise and advice to the company on many critical areas including market entry strategy, international pricing and insurance reimbursement strategy.
